- Work with sites to improve their processes in line with LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies
- Deliver project improvements with focus on identifying opportunities, process re-engineering, driving efficiency through process change and redesigning and implementing operational layout changes
- Provide guidance and support to sites to enable them to successfully conduct and complete Kaizen activities and through training, coaching and data analysis
- Develop and maintain BPE tools such as 5S & Scheduling tool, performance boards, productivity reports, utilisation reports
- Guide and drive our operations teams to achieve and maintain target levels on our site accreditation program
- Industrial or process improvement engineering knowledge
- Experience gained in a similar role in any industry (preference for logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, resources or related).
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with utilising process improvement tools
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent English knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Communication skills with all organizational levels
