    Start up italiana specializzata nel settore del turismo.Il/la candidato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità:Definire strategie commerciali e piani di marketing con l'obiettivo di customizzare i servizi ai bisogni della clientela dei diversi mercati di riferimentoPromuovere l'azienda a livello nazionale ed internazionale, con partecipazione a eventi/fiere/workshopDefinire con il Board i budget nel rispetto della stagionalità e del Paese ItaliaCollaborare con le agenzie di comunicazione e marketing per accrescere la visibilità anche tramite i social mediaCoordinare tutte le attività dell'azienda con una squadra già esistente e da formareCoordinare l'ufficio booking, reservation, sales e marketingProgrammare e monitorare le attività quotidiane e settimanaliGarantire alti livelli di soddisfazione della clientelaSviluppare obiettivi che tendono alla crescita dell'AziendaProgettare i piani operativi e le strategie per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi fissatiOrganizzare le Operations in modo da assicurare il massimo della produttivitàAssicurare l'aderenza dei servizi agli aspetti normativi del settoreCompetenze ed esperienzaIl/la candidato/a ha le seguenti caratteristiche:precedente esperienza in ruoli sales e di responsabilitàottima conoscenza del settore turistico e delle dinamiche che lo governanoottime doti di leadership e organizzativeottime qualità comunicativeconoscenza delle principali tecniche di analisi datiforte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettiviottime doti di team managementottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e di una seconda linguaottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, dei principali database e sistemi informativiOttima opportunità di carriera.
