    Main activities

  • Plan the function's activities and manage a budget in relative autonomy;
  • Manage a team of people ensuring their operations;
  • Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies;
  • Actively listen and analyze problems, finding timely solutions;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired customers;
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Keep up to date on information regarding products and new services;
  • Collaborate with other team members and internal departments to resolve complex issues;
  • Use and updating of data present in company systems, relating to typical Customer Care activities, in support of Sales, Technical Assistance and Administration functions.

    • The resource is designed to found the function and manage a team that will contribute to ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers, the classification and timely management of complaints and requests from the market as well as a project to develop communication actions to the customer aimed at anticipating crises and structuring an upselling and cross-selling relationship.

    Requirements

    Fundamentals/Must haves

  • Degree, preferable master's degree in the field;
  • Significant and consolidated experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package and CRM systems ;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the Italian language, an intermediate knowledge of the English language is also appreciated.

    • Compensation Package

    Permanent position, salary to be assessed based on previous experience.
