    La risorsa ricercata è un* Inside Sales Outsourcer Coordinator, che lavorerà nell'ambito della Funzione Inside Sales, inserita all'interno della Direzione Marketing.
    Tale area è dedicata, attraverso il canale telefonico, all'acquisizione del segmento small business dei prodotti buono pasto Ticket Restaurant e buono acquisto Edenred Shopping.
    In questo contesto, la risorsa dovrà sviluppare le giuste strategie e visioni di outsourcing e governare gli accordi per ottenere relazioni vincenti e sostenibili con i fornitori esterni.

    Principali attività:
  • Presidio dello sviluppo e delLa gestione degli outsourcer dall'onboarding, al dimensionamento degli FTEs, fino al KPIs monitoring per la valutazione dei servizi erogati
  • Definizione di nuove strategie di outsourcing, in collaborazione con i team leader hunting, per il raggiungimento dei target assegnati.
  • Progettazione e implementazione di un piano di training e coaching per gli outsourcer sia in termini di prodotto sia di processo
  • Supervisione del rispetto degli standard qualitativi dell'attività degli outsourcer , assicurandosi che tali parametri soddisfino i nostri KPI
  • Redazione di reportistiche dettagliate sulla propria attività attraverso l'utilizzo del CRM aziendale (Salesforce).

    Requisiti richiesti:
  • 3 anni di esperienza in ruolo di coordinamento di outsourcers oppure 4-5 anni di esperienza come Team Leader.
  • Laurea o diploma di Scuola Superiore di secondo grado.
  • Conoscenza di applicativo CRM Salesforce
  • buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel, e Power point)
  • Inglese: Professionale
  • Disponibilità ad incontri periodici presso le sedi dei nostri fornitori (Italia/estero)
