    Stiamo ricercando una figura di Area Manager che si occuperà della Lombardia e del Piemonte.

    Stiamo ricercando una figura di Area Manager che si occuperà della Lombardia e del Piemonte.
    Descrizione
    L'Area Manager si occuperà di:

    Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e fatturato

    Implementare e gestire la Strategia sul territorio assegnato, in accordo con la direzione

    Gestire un team di 8 ISF già presenti sull'area assegnata e di supportare la Direzione nella ricerca di ISF in zone scoperte

    Formare e affiancare il team sul territorio

    Pianificare e coordinare le attività del team sul territorio

    Gestire il Budget e il Target assegnato

    Supportare il suo team in un percorso di crescita continuo e costante

    Profilo del Candidato
    La figura inserita dovrà possedere:

    - Laurea scientifica o equivalente

    - Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni come ISF in oftalmologia o di almeno 2 anni come Area Manager in altre aree terapeutiche

    - Spirito di iniziativa

    - Orientamento agli obiettivi

    - Proattività ed entusiasmo

    - La residenza in zona Milano è un plus
    offerta di lavoro
    Si offre CCNL commercio a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza della figura individuata
