- Welcoming office visitors courteously, assessing their requirements, and guiding them to the appropriate contact person.
- Maintaining a tidy and well-organized reception area.
- Handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Managing the procurement of various supplies and ensuring their proper storage and distribution.
- Overseeing office equipment maintenance and vendor relationships.
- Handling incoming shipments, outgoing mail, and shipping logistics.
- Interfacing with building management and overseeing facility operations.
- Ensuring employee health and safety, including emergency protocols and procedures.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with travel documentation.
- Supporting onboarding processes for new hires and collaborating with relevant departments.
- Assisting with Workday operations.
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Italian and knowledge of German would be a bonus.
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Workday software is advantageous.
- Experience in invoicing processes is desirable.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and adept at multitasking.
