Il nostro cliente, Epson Italia, multinazionale leader nel settore tecnologico, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un Sales Account POS System.
Epson è un leader tecnologico globale che si dedica alla co-creazione di sostenibilità e all'arricchimento delle comunità sfruttando le sue tecnologie efficienti, compatte e di precisione e le tecnologie digitali per connettere persone, cose e informazioni.
La figura si occuperà principalmente della gestione clienti legati all'acquisto di sistemi fiscali-POS, stampanti di etichette, e linee di archiviazione digitale.
Le realtà, con cui la persona si interfaccerà in maniera molto consulenziale, saranno quindi punti vendita, aziende di diversi settori e anche le stesse software house e VAR su tutto il territorio nazionale con principale focus su Lombardia e Triveneto.
Con le stesse seguirà dalla spiegazione delle funzionalità e scelta della macchina migliore, fino a progetti di forte consulenza e personalizzazione, per i quali potrà essere coinvolta anche la gestione di una quotazione per una proposta composta da hardware e relativi servizi di assistenza.
L'obiettivo della persona sarà l'ottimizzazione della trattativa e la fidelizzazione del cliente.
La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team composto ad oggi da account manager focalizzati su altri canali, figure pre-sales, BDM e Product Manager. Risponderà direttamente all'Head of Sales.
L'attività sarà svolta principalmente dalla Sede, con possibilità di trasferte in giornata su clienti per gestione di trattative o progettualità particolari.
