Il/la professionista dovrà svolgere le seguenti attività:
gestione delle prenotazioni degli ospiti, sia attraverso telefonate che tramite email o altri canali di comunicazione. Questo include l'inserimento delle prenotazioni nel sistema informatico dell'hotel assistenza agli ospiti che chiamano per informazioni riguardanti le prenotazioni, disponibilità delle camere, tariffe, e altre richieste correlate collaborazione con il team di gestione delle tariffe per assicurarsi che i prezzi siano aggiornati e competitivi, e per offrire eventuali sconti o promozioni collaborazione con altri dipartimenti dell'hotel, come il reparto delle pulizie e il front desk, per garantire una corretta gestione delle prenotazioni e il soddisfacimento delle richieste degli ospiti gestione delle richieste di cancellazione e modifica delle prenotazioni, assicurandosi di applicare le politiche di cancellazione dell'hotel e di comunicare eventuali penali agli ospiti affrontare eventuali problemi o reclami degli ospiti in modo professionale e cortese, cercando di trovare soluzioni adeguate per garantire la soddisfazione del cliente. Il/la candidato/a dovrà:
possedere un diploma di maturità o di laurea avere esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno un anno possedere una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese conoscere il Pacchetto Office ed in particolare Excel essere disponibile a lavorare full time appartenere alle Categorie Protette . Si offre contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi con finalità assuntiva.
