    How You Create Impact

    • Establish automatized processes to manage the master data life cycle, data entry processes and controls
    • Support system integration between SAP, SalesForce and Digital Platforms: provides strategic feedback and vision that promotes the continuous improvement of master data systems.
    • Responsible for SalesForce Master Data Records Entry, Maintenance, Accuracy, and Compliance.

    We are looking for an Operations & System Administrator Specialist to join Italy's Business Intelligence & Operation Team.

    As Operations & System Administrator Specialist you will play a crucial role in:

    • optimizing the Master Data system & order management process. You will be responsible for processes related to the creation, maintenance, and quality of all master and reference data in SAP and platforms, ensuring a smoothly order management processes.
    • optimizing our pricing strategies, managing pricing systems and processes, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing focusing on the Italian Market.



    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service, to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

    Requisiti: What Will Make You Stand Out Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commercial IT, Engineering or a related field Proficiency in SAP or/and Salesforce Platform and experience working with master data Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent analytical skills Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organization Highly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams A solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace Proactive with a strategic approach and foster a culture of continuous improvement Innovative and curious.
