    PRODUCT SALES EXPERT (Laboratory Solution)

    Il/la PSE si occupa dello sviluppo dei progetti complessi e di automazione nei Laboratori di Analisi riportando al Territory Manager di riferimento nell'ambito dell'organizzazione Commerciale di Siemens Healthineers nelle Regioni assegnate (Centro Italia).

    MANSIONI
    • Lavorare in modo proattivo con il team di progetto costituito dalle funzioni Sales di Territorio, il Marketing, il Project Management e l'HCS (Healthcare Consultant Solution) per identificare prospettive di business, proponendo soluzioni specifiche per il cliente.
    • Gestire l'analisi dei flussi di lavoro nei laboratori clinici, sviluppare progetti tramite VSM (Value Selling Methodology) e disegnare nuovi layout utilizzando al meglio gli strumenti di disegno tecnico (CAD/Visio e layout 3D).
    • Utilizzare al meglio la tecnologia del portfolio prodotti allo scopo di presentare soluzioni e progetti innovativi (Automation, AI, Digital IT, Business Intelligence e Robotics).
    • Creare network con i responsabili di laboratorio e i KOL di riferimento del settore
    • Produrre un dettagliato rapporto sullo stato di avanzamento dei progetti in base alla cadenza concordata con le varie funzioni aziendali.
    • Contribuire nella preparazione delle gare d'appalto e nella formulazione delle offerte
    • Fornire supporto tecnico per i contenziosi

    REQUISITI:


    • Orientamento alla vendita con esperienza maturata in laboratori pubblici e privati

    • Esperienza in analisi e simulazione del flusso di lavoro, layout (CAD, Visio, modellazione 3D)

    • Elevate capacità di esposizione per presentare analisi del flusso di lavoro e progetti in modo creativo

    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata

    • L'esperienza Lean e Six Sigma è altamente preferibile

    • Conoscenza delle soluzioni IT di laboratorio

    • laurea in Scienze, Informatica o Ingegneria o in un campo correlato

    • Senso di appartenenza al team

    • Rispettoso della diversità

    • Propensione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e al rispetto delle scadenze

    • Attitudine alla leadership efficace e alla motivazione del team

    Luogo di lavoro: Preferibilmente nel Lazio e Regioni limitrofe, disponibile a viaggiare nel Territorio assegnato ed a supportare altri territori in caso di necessità.

    Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato RAL tra i € in relazione alla seniority maturata.
