- verificare che i processi, le procedure, i prodotti ed i servizi offerti siano conformi alle norme di etero e di auto-regolamentazione;
- assicurare che la realizzazione degli adeguamenti necessari in ottemperanza ai requisiti normativi avvenga nel rispetto delle tempistiche definite;
- effettuare controlli sistematici atti ad accertare il costante rispetto delle normative identificando le azioni correttive in caso di riscontro di anomalie;
- valutare ex ante la conformità dei processi, della normativa interna e delle procedure. Sei la persona che stiamo cercando se possiedi i seguenti requisiti:
- Background giuridico o finanziario;
- 1/2 anni di esperienza in ambito compliance maturati all'interno di istituti di credito/società di consulenza o in studi legali attivi nel diritto bancario;
- Conoscenza delle principali normative applicabili al settore bancario;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative ;
- Affidabilità, riservatezza e responsabilità.
