    Umana S.p.A. cerca CHEF DE RANG per un'importante struttura alberghiera in zona Roma Centro (RM). Ti occuperai di gestire il servizio in sala, coordinando il personale di sala e garantendo un servizio di alta qualità. Avrai la responsabilità di accogliere i clienti, gestire le prenotazioni, supervisionare la mise en place e garantire la soddisfazione del cliente. Sarai il punto di riferimento per il personale di sala e avrai un ruolo chiave nel garantire un'esperienza di ristorazione eccellente.

    Responsabilità:

    Accoglienza dei clienti e gestione delle prenotazioni. Dovrai assicurarti che ogni cliente sia accolto calorosamente e che le prenotazioni siano gestite in modo efficiente.
    Supervisione della mise en place. Sarai responsabile di garantire che la sala sia sempre pronta per accogliere i clienti.
    Coordinamento del personale di sala. Dovrai coordinare il lavoro del personale di sala, assicurandoti che ogni membro del team sappia esattamente cosa fare.
    Gestione del servizio in sala. Sarai responsabile di garantire un servizio di alta qualità, monitorando costantemente la soddisfazione del cliente.

    Requisiti:

    Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili
    Capacità di coordinare un team
    Conoscenza delle norme di sicurezza e igiene
    Ottime capacità comunicative
    Attenzione al dettaglio
    Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione
    Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
    Disponibilità a lavorare nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi su turni

    Si offre contratto iniziale di somministrazione di 6 mesi con prospettive di inserimento diretto in azienda, orario full time.
