- Responsible for the daily booking of orders as well as the efficient and professional processing of all internal and external inquiries in our ticket system
- Independent processing of purchase requisitions for selected vendors
- Order processing and -management
- Independent margin control
- Preparation of offers based on predefined specifications
- Monitoring and control of backlog reports, delivery blocks, ship and debit conditions and processing of ETA requests
- Processing of complaints in cooperation with the internal sales department and after-sales management
- Department-specific administrative activities
- Close cooperation with the internal sales department and team leader
- Observe the workload in various mailboxes (RMT resolver groups) and discuss any necessary measures with the team leader
- Independent completion of assigned special tasks in regular coordination with the team leader
- Contact person for vendor-related processes and holding appropriate trainings
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes
- Take over escalation cases
