    Cosa Offriamo Come Area Manager North Italy for the Veterinarian channel, giocherai un ruolo chiave nel favorire una relazione positiva tra Affinity Petcare e la comunità veterinaria. Attraverso iniziative strategiche, questo ruolo mira a migliorare il riconoscimento e la preferenza del marchio tra i veterinari, in modo da dare maggiori indicazioni per la prescrizione dei nostri marchi: Natural Trainer e Advance Diets. Inoltre, sarai responsabile di coordinare e supportare la rete di Infovet in tutto il Nord Italia per guidare le performance ed assicurare una efficace diffusione delle informazioni sui prodotti.   • Gestire la rete di Infovet nel Nord Italia, fornendo guida e supporto per assicurare un messaggio coerente e una comunicazione efficace delle informazioni sui prodotti.
  • Sviluppare strategie per migliorare la percezione dei nostri marchi all'interno della comunità veterinaria, posizionandoli come scelte preferite per la prescrizione e la raccomandazione.
  • Coltivare e mantenere solide relazioni con i veterinari e gli stakeholder rilevanti nella regione del Nord Italia.
  • Monitorare ed analizzare gli indicatori chiave di performance relativi alla penetrazione del marchio e ai tassi di raccomandazione tra i veterinari nel Nord Italia, implementando aggiustamenti alle strategie secondo necessità per ottenere esiti positivi.
  • Collaborare con il team italiano per sviluppare programmi educativi e materiali formativi per i veterinari, garantendo che siano ben informati sui benefici e le caratteristiche dei nostri prodotti.
  • Collaborare strettamente con i team di vendita, marketing e altri team rilevanti per allineare le strategie e le iniziative mirate a massimizzare l'impatto del marchio e la quota di mercato nel segmento veterinario.
  • Assicurare che tutte le attività e le comunicazioni siano conformi alle normative e agli standard dell'industria.

  • Laurea in Scienze Veterinarie o similari
  • Significativa esperienza (8 anni) in un ruolo simile all'interno del settore farmaceutico veterinario o dell'industria della cura degli animali domestici, con un comprovata esperienza nella migliorazione e il riconoscimento di marchio e preferenza tra i veterinari.
  • Una forte comprensione della medicina veterinaria, delle tendenze del settore e dei requisiti normativi.
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, di presentazione e relazione interpersonale.
  • Capacità di guidare e influenzare efficacemente team interfunzionali.
  • Mentalità strategica con un focus sui risultati
  • Fluente in italiano L'inglese sara' considerato come plus
