    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data needed for planning and reporting purposes.

    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
    • Monitor and track progress of projects and initiatives, identifying potential risks and issues.
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities.
    • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and trainings related to planning and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience in planning and reporting, preferably in the IT and Services industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Proficient in using planning and reporting tools and software.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
