    Now we are looking for aCustomer Service Specialistto join our Sales Development Department with a strong problem solving mindset in the customer's management.

    The resource will be in charge of the operational management of the customers on a daily basis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management.


    PositionKey Responsibilities:
    Complete management (enter, update, cancellation, look up, return, exchange) of any orders supporting customers in any step of the journey; Provide precise andaccurate information regarding products and collections with the final aim of converting calls/e-mails/chats into final sales; Supporting the organization of sales meeting to guarantee the achievement of sales' target with assistance during the product presentation; Reporting & Analysis

    RequirementsQualifications and requirements:


    University degree in Communication, Foreign Languages or related field; Previous experiencein a similar role of 5 years; Good MS Office Knowledge; Excellent knowledgeof English; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving; Interest for the motorsports industry complete the profile.
