Role SummaryPer il nostro team di Governance, Regulatory & Compliance della sede di Firenze ricerchiamo un professionista che si occuperà di sistemi di compliance normativa e controllo interno aziendale. In particolare, presterà le sue attività professionali nell'ambito della gestione di:
• Collegi sindacali;
• Organismi di vigilanza ex n. 231/2001;
• Compliance officer;
• attività di audit e verifiche di compliance su compliance programs;
• protocolli di controllo, procedure e processi aziendali con focus sulla compliance normativa.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche aziendali con voto a partire da 100/110;
• Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni presso società di revisione legale e/o società di consulenza;
• Volontà di intraprendere la pratica professionale o iscrizione all'albo dei Revisori Legali e/o Dott.
Commercialisti;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Ottima conoscenza di Office, in particolare Excel.
